Le 10 juillet 2024, la Chambre des Mines de Guinée (CMG) a accordé une audience à la plateforme Internationale des Femmes Entreprenantes et Dynamiques (FIED) conduite par Mme Yéo Djalika, Présidente fondatrice de cette plateforme. Les discussions se sont déroulées au siège de WCS à Conakry.
FIED, qui œuvre pour la promotion de l’autonomisation de la Femme et de l’Entrepreneuriat Féminin, séjourne à Conakry dans le cadre du lancement de sa 13ème édition et a été introduite auprès de la CMG par le Ministère de la Promotion féminine, de l’Enfance et des Personnes vulnérables.
A l’entame des discussions, M. Ismaël Diakité a présenté la CMG qui œuvre, entre autres, pour la défense des intérêts des opérateurs miniers et de tous les autres acteurs, y compris les femmes, intéressés par le secteur minier guinéen.
Pour leur part, la présidente fondatrice et ses consœurs de FIED, femmes d’affaires venues de divers pays africains, ont partagé leurs expériences entrepreneuriales dans plusieurs secteurs d’activités. Elles ont également fait part de leur disponibilité à collaborer avec la CMG et d’autres partenaires dans des secteurs comme l’industrie, le sport, le microcrédit, l’agriculture, etc.
Par ailleurs, FIED a évoqué un grand défi, celui d’organiser sa 16ème édition à Conakry, au mois d’octobre 2024.
Dans cette perspective, elle s’emploie à la mobilisation des ressources afin d’accompagner la Guinée à réussir le pari de cette organisation.
Dans la foulée, la représentante du Ministère de la Promotion féminine, de l’Enfance et des Personnes vulnérables.et FIED ont salué l’engagement de la CMG à soutenir les femmes avant de solliciter son appui et la présence du PCA pour animer un panel.
En fin de rencontre, les deux parties sont convenues d’élaborer un projet de feuille de route ou de protocole d’accord pour encadrer leur collaboration.
A noter que le Forum International des Femmes Entreprenantes et Dynamiques (FIED) est une plateforme multisectorielle d’échanges, de partages d’expériences, de co-construction, d’opportunités d’affaires et de promotion de la Femme vivant en milieu rural et urbain.
C’est également un outil de développement au service des gouvernements, des dirigeants et des décideurs du secteur privé africain.
